What we fix.
Foundation issues don’t announce themselves with a bullhorn, they just show up as cracks in your walls, doors that won’t close or floors that aren’t quite level anymore. Whether you have a concrete slab or pier & beam foundation, we have a reasonable plan for either foundation

Concrete Slab Foundation Repair
Most Central Texas homes sit on a concrete slab foundation- a flat, solid layer of reinforced concrete that rests directly on the ground. When shifting clay soils expand and contract, and weather changes, slabs crack, settle, and sink. We step in with proven repair methods.
(We use one repair method: hydraulic installation
and 2 material options: concrete pilings alone or alternate with a steel pier hybrid)
- Pressed concrete pilings: We drive precast concrete cylinders deep into stable soil using hydraulic pressure.
- Steel pier hybrid installation: A combination of steel and concrete piers for extra durability. Either is ideal for heavy structures or challenging soil conditions.

Pier & Beam Foundation Repair
Older Texas homes often have a Pier & Beam Foundation- an elevated structure that is great for ventilation but prone to settling or rot over time
(We use one repair method: Raise & Reinforce
and 2 material options: blocks & pads or sonotube)
- Blocks & Pads: Stacked concrete blocks and pads placed under beams to lift and stabilize- a cost-effective, reliable solution.
- Sonotube piers: Concrete-filled tubes set deep into the ground for permanent support when you need long-term peace of mind
The foundation repair process.
At AAA Foundation Repair, we know how important your home is to you — and that a strong foundation is where it all begins. Our team is here to make the repair process simple, stress-free, and transparent from start to finish.
It all starts with a call…
Your foundation repair journey begins the moment you reach out to us. One of our friendly team members will listen to your concerns, answer any initial questions, and schedule a convenient time for a technician to come out and take a closer look at your foundation.
A foundation evaluation.
During your appointment, our technician will carefully inspect your home’s foundation. Using specialized tools like a Zip Level, we take precise elevation measurements and note any problem areas or warning signs.
Once the inspection is complete, we’ll use the information to create a customized repair plan that fits your home’s needs.
Your repair plan & estimate.
Next, we’ll put together a detailed repair plan. This plan will include a diagram showing the perimeter of your home and where piers or other supports will be installed, a clear scope of work outlining exactly what will be done, and an itemized estimate with an expected timeline.
